    Maybe Leon is getting larger. He set the record for SB in his conference, @ 29 overall w/ 10 of those in league play. It was his first year back from his mission trip, maybe he was rusty.

What it's true.....If Jacque Jones did what Murton just did, I don't think Jacque would make it out of Wrigley alive. Murton got booed and is getting slammed on the board as well. I don't see how Jacque would be treated any differently.

    Gotta bump this... I'm still cautious about Marquis because I'm afraid that he'll start sucking when I start expecting him to be awesome. Any Idea as to why he's been so good thus far?

    That was an awful year. I saw more Marlins hats/jerseys on campus in the weeks after the NLCS than I have in my entire life. Nice of them to rub it in too (who was that guy...you know, the foul-ball guy?). I've gotten tired of explaining Agony and Prior's meltdowns and the years since. I'm also pretty sure I know more about the Marlins than 90% of Marlins "fans." The Marlins piss me off. They need to move.

    Marshall could be in the mix by then as well. His line from today: 5IP 7H 1R 0ER 1BB 5K on 64 pitches (44 for strikes) All the hits were singles.

    I'll assume you're referring to Siler? Among others; Alexander, Shaw, Everett, Blades. I know, I was just taking a shot at you for the Siler/Florida connection :lol: Prescott Burgess and Jon Abbate are still out there too. Oh there is definately some bias involved as the Jags don't really need more LB help but I still want Siler.
