    Assuming your team is going to lose, which is what Piniella did, isn't exactly encouraging either. exactly. at that point, the cubs would have to loose AT LEAST one game to play game 4 it was a bad move

    I was only watching game 7 on TV, but I'never seen Wrigley explode more than it did when he hit that homer. Given the circumstances and the way the game started out, I can't remember Wrigley ever being that loud any other time. i saw beer fly on that play i didnt think that was possible

I actually heard him say on the radio during the Indians Yankees game that he had managed twice in the World Series. Both times Lofton was on his team. You know with the Giants and Cubs. HAH, I heard that too. That's the difference between normal people like us exaggerating our accomplishments and someone like him doing it.     nah, they'll use it for practicing their technique-try some of those cool feet first pop-up slides. the bull pen pitchers can do the judging on a scale of 1-5 And they'll get some use out that new super-awesome, super not-pointless graphic TBS has. The one where they show how far off the bag 9 feet is. I thought that was a graphic showing how many steals that runner had?
