  1. which is my irrational fear of Lovie slacking and loosing not being able to get the team back up for the playoffs just win out, BEARS.
  2. the Davis throw was a laser, the Knox was just pretty well placed
  3. you should have kept it to yourself
  4. You keep matching dumb statements with dumber statements. The 100% correct call would be bad because maybe you couldn't tell it happened if you ignored what happened? Please keep saying stupid crap, it makes me feel better about hating the Vikings. Shouldn't you be listening to a Bill Simmons podcast with the sole purpose of complaining about it here? He put it up yesterday and we don't want you to fall behind. this gave me a chuckle
  5. I thought you can go helmet to helmet on running backs? Except Jay Cutler isn't a running back Then the helmet to helmet rule has exceptions which was my point. Helmet to helmet on a passing QB is supposed to be called every time. There aren't exceptions for height and field conditions. Running backs are a completely different situation. That is like saying there are exceptions to pass interference since you are allowed to tackle a player once he has the ball. helmet to helmet should be called every time. it was a weak ass hit, and the guy help up, but it was obvious too.
  6. Fixed for minnesotacubsfan. it was fantastic out there, ladys and gents. and no, I don't have any relatives involved in the stadium design/construction (although a few classmates). I just thought the "OMG THE FIELD IS DEADLY" crap the past few days was completely overblown. it didnt seem to bother the Bears at all, they scored 40 friggen points on it.
  7. no, knox died. the stadium killed him.
  8. he's "whipped", so god knows
  9. I'm sure the NFL will heed your concerns.
  10. maybe. but we won, we won big, and it wasn't like people were dropping dead all over because of the field. Favre got slammed to the turf. his injury could have happened in just about any stadium in America. that DB for Vikings got kneed int he head. The field had nothing to do his injury.
  11. I'm not saying there was or wasn't anything wrong as I didn't watch any of the game, but if you guys had lost and/or a Bear got hurt because of the field conditions would you still feel that way? huh? jesus, lets just make up a bunch of [expletive] and ask hypothetical questions. yea, that works. I think it's a fair question. Answer it. Would you feel that there was nothing wrong with TCF if the Bears had lost or a player got hurt because of the field conditions? Yes or no. It isn't hard. yea, I would feel there wasn't anything wrong with it. people freaking out over the condition of a field that had to be prepared on short notice for a football game as if they have some major investment in player safety is insane
  12. no its not. Oh, but it is. A Cubs/Packers fan is in danger of tearing the dimensional plane apart. well now your just being silly.

  14. no. the Packers won it all. ask sulley.
  15. O COME ON what the hell is with you people? we WON. we WON BIG. there was nothing wrong with TCF
  16. judge in Minnesota ruled the suspension violated workers rights laws in Minnesota. so, never. that was about 2 years ago
  17. ahahahahahaha waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa WE SHOULD NEVER PLAY THIS GAME AT TCF WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I thought the stadium looked mighty nice.
  18. Not eliminated but reduced. only prolonged the inevitable although MN does now have a pro-stadium Governor You think so? I think the Metrodome bungle combined with Dayton will get something done. At least I hope so. You know what will happen if they leave. Sometime in the next 5 years they'll get all nostalgic and lure the Jaguars or Bills or someone there and it will cost them more money. he was pro-stadium while he was campaigning. The biggest issue for him was the huge lack of construction jobs in MN right now, and the stadium was a way to loosen that noose. It was tied in his proposal to other projects as well. the sunken construction market in Minnesota is why I left.

  20. Yeah actually trying to play through an injury instead of sitting at home and collecting $3M for the last 3 games from his couch. What a douche move. NO, TRYING TO BEAT THE BEARS IS A DOUCHE MOVE eta : [expletive] caps lock
