    Who freaking cares what Packers fans are thinking? It's a Vikings game in Minnesota, the storybook atmosphere just isn't there. what? a crappy year for a team with high hopes being led by a broken QB who happens to be a legend, returning to their roots of out-door football, in an extreme local climate, to beat out the recent division favorites? might not be storybook to Bear fans, but just about everyone in MPLS is up for this one. thats why I want to see it, and then beat them and crush their souls

    favre throwing for 150 yards and 3 int's, but the bears loosing 10-9 would piss me off the most.

    oh boo hooo we've had amazing luck all friggen year long. we need to win a game where the conditions are against us. yes, the cold and snow will likely help the Vikings and their junior high QB. Who grew up in the South. and hasn't played in the deep cold. ok. yes, the game is STILL in Minnesota. yes, all the local yokals in Minneapolis will be out bragging of football in the cold, and likely will be plenty hyper for the game at its start. and yes, if the Bears start slow, that could snowball. but the Bears haven't beaten the Vikings in Minnesota since 2006. So much for that Tamp 2 dominating on field turf. Also, the past 2 years, the Vikings have routed us there. Good riddance, RollerDome. so now we need a game completely away from Minneapolis to feel good about ourselves? The injury concern is the only meaningful slam on this game, and I'm not yet convinced its a real concern.

    seriously, why is everyone so annoyed by TCF? is it because you wanted them to play in Detroit? Indy? I know you're treating it like your baby, but you have to realize that a stadium in Minneapolis that doesn't have concession stands or bathrooms meant to be used in freezing weather is idiotic, and that's not touching a field that shouldn't be used in this weather (leaving aside the question of whether or not that's bad design). it also means a home crowd that will likely be out of the game by mid-2nd quarter, barring colossal failure on our part

    I dont think we loss to the Patriots because of the snow. I think we loss because we were woefully unprepared. and probably a bit cocky
