    by "zook" you must mean suffer a devastating yet predictable loss to a superior team. but seriously, we got blown out by Purdue. which do you honestly think has a chance at beating Illinois?? Illinois lost at home to a similar Minny team last year. It's Zook, anything can happen. we were older then, we're soo much younger then that now. (I dont think we win a game all season. This Kill-seizure thing is really effecting them)

    Michigan and Illinois over Wisconsin? did Wisconsin lose on Saturday??? These rankings are based on three primary factors: W/L, the teams you play, and the conference you're in. Thus, for teams in the same conference without a loss, SOS is the only differentiating factor. Wisconsin has played the weakest schedule of any undefeated team, and thus, there you are. HA! proof that Minnesota is clearly GREAT.

    Carimi's injury has been pretty well-documented. Slightly dislocated knee, the same injury he suffered in college. Expected to miss anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Bennett is the one I'm worried about. We've gotten nothing more than "chest injury". He's been out almost a month now with no additional info about the injury and no timetable for his return. great, Carimi will soon resemble a civil war veteran and Bennett likely has bruised lungs.

    I was thinking last week that the longer it dragged out, the worse the chances were the the Cubs get Epstein. Now, I'm thinking the opposite if for no other reason then the secrecy of the whole process. I'm still doubtful, tho.
