  1. it probably means having the second highest payroll in the division.
  2. he made some moves that worked out very well for him. i don't think he's a brilliant gm, but he's not one of the worst. I agree. and I think he gets more credit then Ozzie should for the WS even though he isn't a Beane or Cashman or (ORGASM) Epstein.
  3. Who exactly deserves the credit and blame for successful/unsuccessful organizations if not the GM? Let me play devils advocate: Kenny Williams 2005 discuss. He didn't say successful season. ok. but I'm curious what ya'll think of him as a GM. did he just get lucky one season?
