that write up makes it seem like Ruskell had gotten the shaft in Seattle, that he's of the Jerry Kill mold. IE, he's fought for everything hes gotten. idk, it would make a nice story, but is it real?
it just seems that the good-ol boys are out there trying to push Ruskell into the position. Thanks Dan Pompei for this insightful piece http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/football/bears/ct-spt-0120-gm-bears-chicago--20120120,0,2353315.story
He has talent now. That's what is so scary to me. Didn't Illinois get a new AD? How many years left on Weber's contract? Like 5, RG extended him before he left. I think this is really great
I'd take Colston if he was available. He's been very consistent and productive albeit in a heavy pass-friendly offense. one season under 1k yards, a season he was hurt IIRC, adn good TD #'s: http://www.nfl.com/player/marquescolston/2495821/profile
yea, defensive players are easier to replace (aside form all-star CB's) then QB's. I love Urlacher, Peppers, Briggs, but we can continue with out them too.
