I have no faith in this team's ability to draft and develop a QB. We could get the second coming of Peyton Manning and still screw it up. Yeah, they're clearly mired in mediocrity at best from top to bottom of the entire organization. Instead of having Bartman throw out a first pitch if the Cubs get into the WS, they should bring him and Joe Buck out to the mound to let Bartman repeatedly kick Buck in the crotch.
