    I have a hard time seeing a successful offseason w/o Yu Darvish in Cubbie Blue. Cobb is a nice complimentary pitcher, but considering the staffs both DC and LA have, we need one more top of the rotation guy.

    lock in that firing asap...i don't want to risk them riding this schedule to 7 wins or something and that being sold as progress. They were at home with the bye week against a decimated Packers team on a short week. I'm not super worried about winning too many games. Decimated? Have you seen the Bears injuries?

    if Iman catches that, his inability to read defenses probably doesnt make any differnce Oh come on, it's pretty disingenuous to try and boil it down to one throw like that. If Mitchell Trubisky throws a better pass the preceding play, we aren't talking about Inmans drop. So I guess it cuts both ways. As it is Trubisky is the best QB on our roster and honestly further along than I thought he'd be in May. So I hope he keeps it up, but he can be both a average to slightly below average NFL QB right now and still hold a lot of promise, which I think he does because his issues don't seem glaring to me, and better coaching a little better supporting cast can probably take care of a lot if it. It was still at best an average pass to Inman at the end. Id agree with that being an average throw, but people are acting like Inman is dead because Trubisky laid him out and never should have thrown the ball. All the Hundley was so much better [expletive]. I mean, our defense couldn’t stop jr varsity NFL roster. 1) coaching Theres your horsefeathering issue

    i'd start talking new contract with him and his agent, see what the parameters are. Inman, Meredith look like two # 2's. Draft early in the 1-2 rounds a speedster route runner type and dump White. They aren't dumping White. His contract is guaranteed for 5M+. Might as well hang on to him and hope he plays like the 7th overall player from the draft. For some reason i thought his contract was up

It was a good place to throw the ball. two feet lower and its just as easily behind him He led him just a bit too much and threw it high enough to put his receiver in jeopardy of getting clocked if he caught the ball. A more accurate throw is an easy catch and gives the receiver a chance to make a move before getting hit. That's also the kind of ball that will go off the receivers hands and get picked off. Those high balls over the middle are dangerous. first time playing with a guy less then a minute in the 4th, and it hit the wr's hands. the story of this game isnt Mitchell, ts John Fox and is horseshit play calling and replay challenges

    Well that's not true. He's not very good at reading D's yet. Most spread college QBs aren't halfway through their rookie season though, so he's got time. A bona fide offensive guru coaching him vould help that though. if Iman catches that, his inability to read defenses probably doesnt make any differnce

    he has 50 more yards in 2 more attempts then Hundley maybe its the play calling Most of Mitch's long gains are screen passes. He has maybe 1 or 2 passes downfield that have been worth a damn. yea, Mitchell doesnt suck
