If Mitchell Trubisky throws a better pass the preceding play, we aren't talking about Inmans drop. So I guess it cuts both ways. As it is Trubisky is the best QB on our roster and honestly further along than I thought he'd be in May. So I hope he keeps it up, but he can be both a average to slightly below average NFL QB right now and still hold a lot of promise, which I think he does because his issues don't seem glaring to me, and better coaching a little better supporting cast can probably take care of a lot if it. It was still at best an average pass to Inman at the end. Id agree with that being an average throw, but people are acting like Inman is dead because Trubisky laid him out and never should have thrown the ball.
