  1. I think if a shortstop hits 56 and 136, it will make almost no difference what any other player does when it comes to MVP balloting. if we're talking about pace on May 2nd, bellinger is hitting .425/.500/.867 (1.367) and on a 69 HR and 187 RBI pace but maybe that doesn't count because javy's looks more realistic than his or something. guys, I meant mvp of my heart. screw the writers
  2. he's on track to hit like 57 hrs and 136 rbis so I'm going to go ahead and book him as MVP
  3. [fade][/fade] you've spent waaaaaaaaaaay too much time on the east coast
  4. how is Montgomery?

  8. [expletive] Windemere, What am I going to do with all this chili. speaking of him, I happen to be working on John Jacobi's project right now.
  9. With English that good, I'm shocked he ever uses a translator. ....surprisingly he sounded Japanese. or not surprisingly
  10. Hes the first guy in the slide show, I doubt it means anything. How could they afford him anyway?
  11. I cant wait until HHCD has 10 ints and Im completely wrong about my apprehensions.
  12. I think he’s better than the numbers. The Packers lack of a pass rush lately I think makes the secondary guys grade out and look worse. They’ve had multiple guys leave from the secondary in the last 2-4 years that seemed average to bad and turn in to good players once they got on good defenses. I'm curious as to who you're referring to. the major ones that left (Heyward and Hyde) were considered pretty good when they were with the Packers, and it was a pretty bad mistake to let them walk. like i said, HHCD will make the occasional nice play, but i'm legit curious to see how the Bears are going to use him since his area of strength is similar to Jackson's. if he's going to fill the Amos role...that's going to be interesting, considering he's a rather poor tackler and run stopper. but yeah, you can do worse for the contract he signed. yea. This is my concern and what I think about HHCD as well. granted, run stopping isn't as much as an issue with Smith, Travathian, Hicks and Goldman, I still worry about that last level.
  13. hopefully it's not "you get what you pay for"
  14. getting Patterson was very smart imo
  15. would have rather taken a chance on Berry. Ha-Ha scares me.
  16. How has Hagerty been in Spring Training? Also, I see him listed to Low A. How are you guys hearing/seeing AAA?
