I understand being worried. I don't understand booing. I see booing a player or team as the ultimate sign of disrespect a fan can give.

That's partly why P-Willy has led the NFL in tackles his first two seasons. It helps but so does his ridiculous speed and recognition skills.

I wouldn't say that. Their offense has looked like a bottom feeder. That's not acceptable with guys like Warner, Boldin, and Fitz on offense. Anytime the Fox affiliate here wants to switch to a different game would be fine with me. You don't start booing a great offense one half into the season. They've looked lethargic all throughout the preseason and there was definitely some panic and unrest before the game down there. They have reason to be concerned. The 49ers have played well defensively but the Cards offense hasn't shown anything all throughout the last month plus, up until that last touchdown drive. It was preseason. I guess its just a difference of opinion. I would never boo a team after one half of play where they are only down 7 that just went to the Super bowl.

49ers offense again going to ruin what was a great defense showing. Three in out after three in out lately.

Boldin should run wild on Northern Illinois and increase his lead on everyone else in rushing yards.

I'm pretty sure I heard a decent amount of boos after Warner's last incompletion. Average team gets hot and makes Superbowl and now the fans are expecting them to win every game.

49ers are getting pressure with a 4 man rush allowing them to drop 7 guys back. Spencer is defending him for the most part and doing a very good job. Also the 49ers are able to drop Willis back into coverage which is a huge advantage for them. If they weren't getting pressure he would probably be on the line blitzing more.

Well the big question for the 49ers was whether they could get pressure on QB's. Harrelson and Lawson have been getting into the backfield almost every play and its caused two interceptions. If the 49ers can have a consistent pass rush their defense will dominate this season. The linebacker core is great and the secondary is well above average.

He also said Arizona would be charged a timeout and then had to back track and say San Francisco will not be charged a timeout because they won the challenge. It's his first game as an NFL referee.

Why is this even a question. I'm a 49er fan and I still laugh that trade was even proposed. Morgan shows a lot of promise and could turn out to be a very good WR but he is going to be in a run happy team with a QB who can't make the throws that Morgan is best at getting. Morgan could put up Vincent Jackson type numbers. That's the high mark for him right now because the 49ers are going to run 2 out every 3 plays. He is going to be a great deep threat with his size and speed but Hill isn't the best deep thrower soo

Hopefully the 49ers win tomorrow so one of my teams get a win. At least Boldin looked good and Elliot looks at least capable of doing something when he needs to. Boldin has 419 total yards and 5 TD's in two games FWIW. Purdue also looks like a team that should go bowling which is all I hoped for coming into the season.

Nothing beats football. College Saturday's and NFL Sunday's are amazing. Yep, I've pretty much watched football since 11 this morning. I got up at two and haven't moved except to grab a coke or snack.

Shouldn't have opened my mouth. Right after I posted Purdue loses a fumble for a TD and then quickly punts and allows Oregon to drive down and score again.

Purdue is looking good against Oregon. Not great but better than I expected coming into the season. Also Boldin looks like the real deal.

I figured if nothing else playing at home would give 'em a chance. Don't forget USC has a freshman quarterback, even if he's The Chosen One. No Forcier is The Chosen One or at least he looked it.

Royal for sure. He's the only one who is actually a very good player. As for the second I would say either McFadden or Jones. They should both get plenty of touches. If its a PPR league then McFadden for sure.
