    So I was on my Rockets message board and was reading a translated interview Yao had with the ESPN of China. I got to this part and completely lost it. Funniest thing I have read in a long time. sina: now you are the veteran. he(Oden) is the rookie. Yao: look at his face. he is the veteran, I am the rookie.

    Well I finished fourth last year so I will keep with my strategy which is to pick on a whim for everything. This is off the topic but the guy in Aller's sig in the first row all the way to the left has to be the shortest guy to ever attend a NBA game.

    In 2003 they might have won less games, missed the playoffs, but kept Woody and Prior's arms attached to their bodies for a few more years. Wood yes, Prior no. Prior had some freak injuries not caused by overuse.

    You can play the what all day long. We could have hired a handful of managers other than Dusty that might have gotten us over the top. Although I doubt in 2003. As much as a I hate Dusty we did win 21 more games in 2003 than in 2002. I'm not sure we would have been any better with anyone else. Every year after that would we have been better with someone other than Dusty? Sure but in 2003 he did his job.

    Len is great, Bob, not so much. Len is fine although I liked Chip more. Bob I have never liked although he is much better than his first season.

    "Off of the Cubs" does imply that the player must be current. You can't delete something from a paper on MS Word that's not there anymore, for example. But I support the sentiment. Until Neifi is no longer considered a Cub at any point and time I will continue to say we should delete him.

    Since there is no designation saying it has to be current Cubs I'll go with Neifi Perez.

    WOW. Now I agree with the firing. Before all I knew this I questioned the firing but wow. BG done in coaching?

    That's kinda hard to say since you lost to them twice. Eh, I don't count the first one. It was most of the guys' second road game of their careers. We controlled that game tonight, but our youth showed, and we got tight. Whatever, they made the plays when they had to. Youth is part of the game. I hate KU. Up 5 with a couple minutes to go and then nothing.

    did you get any of the OU game today or no? i did myself a favor and skipped that one griffin injured his face hitting the side of the backboard on a dunk and then paralyzed johnny flynn, he made up for all this white bs The dunk was pretty nasty but I got to disagree with the paralyzing. Flynn scored 13 points in the second half so how hurt could he be? On another note why was Griffin in with 2 minutes to go up big? He was the one that got his legs taken out when there was loose ball. All I could think of is if he got hurt on that play Capel would get reamed in the press.

    Assuming no miraculous comebacks I'll 5/6 in picking the Elite Eight. I got Kansas and North Carolina in the night cap. This could end up being my second best bracket ever.

    I think you have some major issues with Hummel. He's the reason it wasn't a 25 point blowout and yet you felt compelled to come in here and bring him up.

    Considering everyone was shooting bricks except Hummel to start, no not really.

    Went 3 for 4 today. Can go 4 for 4 tomorrow and still have all final four teams alive. Cold be a great year for me. Its all I got going now that Purdue is out.

    For me its between Kevin and Stanley. While neither are on a whole lot when they are on they crack me up.
