  1. I'd laugh if Miles tipped his cap to the fans after that strikeout. "Here you go, I love you St. Louis!"
  2. Nice. It's wierd, I really don't care we lost. I hope I regain the care come April.
  3. I got out of work and put the game on the radio. VERY next pitch, game winning Home Run by Matt Holliday. I wonder why I don't follow this team.
  4. Making contact is a real good way to drive in runs. For some. Not for Milton Bradley. That makes no sense. If you read my original post, it would make sense. The guy has never gotten more than 67 RBI in his career until last year.

  6. He was brought to drive in runs? The guy has never gotten more than 67 RBI until last year in his career. He's obviously a contact hitter, and to expect him to deliver the way Ramirez or Lee do is flat out ridiculous.
  7. What a stupid thing to blame. We were 6-9 in Interleague play last year, and he didn't complain.
  8. It's a long year for him. Hopefully third time is a charm.
  9. Yeah, last night was pretty bad. There's so many awkward moments, much like last night.
  10. Watch him destroy every pitcher he faces. That would make that one Cardinal fan that thinks Aaron Miles is good, a sad panda.
  11. Bahaha, it's Corey Patterson!
  12. This scoring thing is pretty fun.
  13. Soto is a beast. He says to Lou..."BENCH THIS"!
  14. God that almost gave me a heart attack.
  15. Here's our ace, everybody!
  16. Love strike 'em out, throw 'em out double plays.
  17. Judging from last night's game, this one will probably be a pitching struggle. Each team scores 10 respectively in the 1st. Just kidding. Hopefully these two aces pitch like aces and we see a good ball game between two teams that should be good.
  18. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/baseball/cubs/1771176,CST-SPT-cubnt15.article Didn't see this posted, and it was made today. He's done a very nice job since being named closer, so this can only boost his confidence.
  19. Wow, I didn't expect the schedules to be out this early. It's hard to tell how difficult a certain home stand or road trip will be at this date, but it's cool seeing 2010 games. So 2011 will be AL East, no?
  20. This series might get me excited to watch a Cubs game. But then they'll do something to make me not so excited, probably.
  21. I'd move Briggs to the middle and if Brooks does sign, hopefully he can show signs of life. It'll be an interesting week.
