Well we didn't face Hanson last year, so going by previous Cub performances, he's going to kill us. That's not counting the fact that he's already a good pitcher. At least we won't have the chance to make Tim Hudson look good and healthy this series...
It really doesn't feel like baseball is here. I watched the Yankees/Red Sox game and was excited throughout. Now that I can watch a Cubs game, the excitement can only grow. Just over 14 hours left...
Hopefully Shark is a valuable reliever and doesn't blow like he did last year. In a few weeks... Zambrano Dempster Lilly Wells Gorzelanny I like that rotation. A lot of questions with each guy, however.
I wanted to post this to get everyone's thoughts about the Chicago Cubs in 2010. What do you feel confident about? What are you scared of? What is our biggest need? What would you do if we're out of playoff contention at the Trading Deadline this year? How do you think we'll do? Barring any injuries this year (god forbid), do you think we can contend for the division and beyond? Start the discussion!

Wow, so I won't see the first two games? (I don't get WCIU or CSN+) That's flat out ridiculous. And I'm sure MLB.TV will black out those two games since I'm near Chicago. Screw the black out rules.
It was a very good summer with Jim as a Cub. I remember on July 31st, 2008 when he hit two homers against the Brewers. That was the best series of the season. http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/MIL/MIL200807310.shtml
