This team makes me not even care anymore. The Cardinals are running away with the division. We can't even beat a team with a good record. Hell, we can't beat a team with a bad record except for the Pirates and Reds. I just hope the right decisions are made in the off-season. -
Finally. I am so tired of Gregg. Please don't re-sign him in the off-season. Just don't. As for the closer now, I'd throw Marmol in there. He was supposed to be the closer of the future before he forgot how to throw strikes. I'd rather be able to use our best reliever (Guzman) in more than one inning. Him being a closer prevents that on a day to day basis. It doesn't really matter though. Cardinals are printing playoff tickets already.

I think we should try to add a few starters to get some more depth. Re-vamp our bullpen. Get a few more reliable guys that we can count on. Get rid of Miles. 'Nough said. Maybe go after Hudson?

It'd be nice to give the entire rotation rest. You want to limit Wells' innings just in case we don't give him the DB treatment. Just make sure everyone's arm is as healthy as it can get heading into the stretch run. It'll be interesting to see what Jim and Lou decide.
