it wasn't just that he only ran 9 times, it was WHEN Martz had him run: - 1st and 10 at CHI 22 - 2nd and 15 at CHI 31 - 1st and 10 at CHI 29 - 2nd and 5 at CHI 34 - 1st and 15 at GB 48 - 2nd and 3 at GB 3 - 2nd and 18 at CHI 18 - 1st and 10 at CHI 21 - 1st and 10 at CHI 2 Just 2 runs in GB territory. Just 2 runs with 5 or fewer yards to go. 3 runs with over 15+ yard to go. 0 runs on 3rd down. :banghead: -

The Neifi HR was indeed on the last day of the season. We botched a game at Houston (when Terry Mulholland overthrew Grace on a simple 1-3 put out play), but were bailed out by Neifi's HR in Colorado -

Ouch Their academic situation is very bad for a flagship institution. They use to have a very good experimental psychology program, but we've decided to stop funding rat labs in this country. I'd like to see ND in the B1G along with Pitt. Both have almost good enough academic standing. The also have natural geographic connections to the rest of the schools. Pitt/Penn State could become a great rivalry. PSU fans have been begging for that rivalry to come back ever since PSU joined the B1G.

yeah he was dumb as a rock but at least he had good arm strength. at least it's not as bad as matt senneca. that guy was the worst qb i've ever seen at psu... actually he was one of the worst qb's i've seen in the big ten. Mike McQueary, Zach Mills and John Sacca were all pretty brutal, too

Ah if only we could produce the type of talent that Penn St. was bringing in. I don't spend every off season pretending that my team is just one good recruiting class away from a title. In fact, I don't follow PSU recruiting at all. because no one does, or cares. we agree. PSU sucks at basketball.

Illinois fans are nothing if not consistent. Every off season is full of hope with all these future stars and prospects, and every season is a bitch fest about how none of them pan out

More coming out today on Terrelle Pryor. The 3 kids who were suspended last week for accepting $200 at a charity event were given the money by TP (via a booster). Apparently he was hooking up his boys. So between this, loaner cars, the tattoo scandal, selling game stuff for $40,000, etc., how much more stuff will come out? And why is Tressell still defending him?

I retook the quiz right after I created it and still missed like 5 or 6. The starting QB field this year is as weak as I've seen in some time. Not sure how they pick the front-page quizzes. It's had about 250 plays since I published it 18 hours ago (which is better than the 45 plays all-time on the other quiz I made).
