    Aren't most major league managers failed baseball players? There are exceptions, but I find it hilarious that NO ONE outside of baseball could ever get a managerial job, yet a ton of teams have abject failures as managers (because THEY PLAYED THE GAME)

    Yes, people here are VERY sensitive that you follow all rules and regulations. There will be no deviation in something as serious as a dying Cubs message board. As you can see, these strict guidelines have created a vibrant community with hundreds, ney, thousands of posters. I can barely keep up with all the conversation happening here. I mean, we get 1 or 2 new threads a day! Sometimes it gets as crazy as three per day, if you count the game threads! How dare you add to the clutter around here!
