  1. And none of this "quietly, in the dead of night" banning. It should be public and shameful http://i.imgur.com/oNObxMf.gif Because you're doing it wrong

  3. Weird, won't play for me, either embedded or on Vine
  4. Reminds me of Sammy. Once he learned to lay off sliders he became an absolute monster. There were almost no holes in his swing (maybe up and in, somewhat). Soler isn't Sammy, but there's no reason he can't be a consistent .275 / .340 / .475 type guy if he learns to lay off the breaking pitch. No holes in his swing? He averaged around 155-160 K's/year from 1998-2003
  5. Ianetta with a chalk-kicking double to break up the no-no
  6. The success of the Cubs had meant that I have zero fucks to give about the Bears this year. I can't remember the last time I've been less excited about an NFL season
  7. I won't even make it to first pitch on this one. I'm tired as hell. I'll just go to bed assuming a 10-1 win
  8. The teams that he thinks are better than the Cubs and Pirates but failed to mention specifically or even vaguely
  9. I saw that as well. Pedro Martinez and his broken English is more comprehensible than Reynolds
  10. That was actually the most level-headed and reasoned thread I've ever seen on WSI

  13. You missed PSU @ Temple, 3:30ET on ESPN
  14. 4.6 fWAR, good for 8th among NL position players and 16th for MLB position players. And he's probably the third best hitter behind Rizzo and Schwarber.

  16. It's unfair that the Blue Jays get to use steroids while the rest of the teams don't just because they're Candian
  17. That's what I just posted :bye: http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mdohi5Bfue1qfki93o1_250.gif My....my names not Jerry.
  18. That's what I just posted :bye:
  19. Schwarber's batting line extrapolated over 162 games: .294/.392/.579, 43 HR, 132 RBI, 145 R, 311 TB, 165 OPS+, 81 BB, 175 K's
  20. Maybe he's not lazy, but actually just not very good
