DeRosa's offense is more valuable at 2B. Also, saying "Lofton can lead off" pretty much means nothing. anyone can lead off. -

What's their to understand? If they come to an agreement they won't run the risk of running out of time. They aren't free agents, but Miami is free to take any one of them. The rest of the team are not. just seems weird to do it before draft day. can they not announce it until Saturday?

i don't get how a team can sign a guy pre-draft. these guys aren't free agents. yes, i know they have the first pick, but that doesn't guarantee anything (they run out of time, etc.)

the big difference between Pie and Patterson can be seen with that HR tonight; Felix was pumped when he hit it, knowing he has been pressing and being thrilled with seeing some results. Patterson never seemed to care at all about anything -
WCIU has HD now too, check if you get it. I'm guessing he doesn't get WCIU. He has EI, and I'm assuming they don't broadcast in HD. They have 1 game a night in HD usually. It is almost always the Yankees or Sox. are you on Dish or DirecTV or cable? I usually have 4 or 5 games/day in hi def
