    yeah, I know. I'm going to have to dive into the css of this bad boy at some point this morning. It's also a big change for me because I had the "classic" (or whatever) board preference turned on when you switched to phpbb3.0. In other words, I was two "looks" behind, so now the new look is very jarring. I'm sure I'll get used to it

    I know this is all a work in progress, but it's weird that the text of the actual posts is the smallest thing on the page. The quoted text above it is larger, the signature text is larger, etc. Makes it hard to follow the threads

    See? No one is bitching about how bad the Big 12 is. Kstate barely beats a D-1AA team, and OU loses to a less talented (but pretty decent) BYU team, albeit without their heisman QB. But if the Big 10 does those things its, "LOL THE BIG TEN SUXXX! WORST BCS CONFERENCE" That's because the Big Ten is terrible. It's not the worst BCS conference though. I saw people suggesting that they should be stripped of being a BCS conference. Who in their right mind actually suggested that? I think you might be taking emphatic exaggeration a little too seriously. But yeah, the Big Ten is wildly overrated. if by "overrated" you mean "everyone thinks they suck", then yeah, I agree

    If Lou/Hendry don't have the brass to DL Soriano, will they have the brass to demand Soriano gets surgery right away after the season? I foresee one of these ridiculous situations where Soriano goes all winter with no treatment, then "suddenly" discovers he needs knee surgery in spring training.

    This move shouldn't surprise anyone who has been a Cubs fan for a long time. They've pulled the same thing on many of their younger players, under Riggleman, Dusty and now Lou. Granted, those other young players didn't have a ROY award, but this isn't an unprecedented move.
