Well when Michael Johnson broke the world record in the 200, there were people wondering the same thing. They thought he passed the threshold of what a human being should be able to do. They used to believe that your heart would fail at that speed. I don't think we'll ever see anyone go faster than 9.3 in the 100 or 19 seconds in the 200. But then again, they used to think the four minute mile was unattainable too. there are many scientists who study physics of the body and bio-mechanics of activities the body takes part in who say we are nowhere close to the human speed limit. we are only limited by how fast our muscles respond to electro-mechanical signals from our brains. i would not be surprised if someone doesn't break 9 seconds within 6-10 years. biologically, we aren't close to the max speed a human could run. Great post, obviously I agree. With new training techniques someone will do it, but first we have to get off the couch. and PED's
Yeah 'cuz he doesn't care if the team wins or not. I think you can be pretty sure he wanted to break something after that game. I don't think he looks like he doesn't care; when he walks off the field, he looks like he's really really pissed and has to control himself or he'd start hitting something.
I would love to see that happen if for nothing else to see the creepy Cardinal fan go off the deep end and cry about losing TLR. That would be epic. He'd kill himself on YouTube
They're talking about 4:30 now. CT or ET? Central time, Laurens, always central time. K, so that's 11 PM over here... If they make that I'll follow, if not I'm gonna go to bed. Screw you stupid weather.
