It's all based off of one game but Vandenberg is better than Stanzi. He has a better arm and makes better decisions. Again, this is based off of one game.

Stross dropped a TD pass, a pass that continues a drive (a drive which OSU scored a TD afterwards because of missed tackles on a run), we had the ball inside their ten and missed a field goal. Also just had a 3rd and 1 go to 3rd and 6 on the false start. Essentially everyone but Vandenberg looks rattled on offense.

If Cincy loses that game, I think they're still in at this point considering the lack of competition. Pittsburgh will be much more questionable. It will probably depend on the style points they get the next two weeks against ND/WV and how close the game is against Cincy. Their one loss was a pretty bad one though.

They're going to be eligible (unless they gag against MSU), and this season, that might be half the battle. It's probably going to come down to Penn State vs Iowa for an at large birth (assuming they want to take two Big 10 teams, which is questionable. Both teams would have to win next week though (assuming Iowa loses today) and that is no guarantee and I don't know if they take two big ten teams anyways.
