    i've never seen romo have so much time in the pocket before, it's a beautiful thing Yea he gets like 4-5 seconds every time he drops back... that one play that just happened he had 6.5 seconds and still had time.

    Favre with a TD in the first quarter... great I can't watch or listen to any sports news for the next week because it's all I'll hear about. On a positive note... Brady is hurt (not seriously) but I do hope he misses a few games. For what we care about (only not really)... The Falcons are completely destroying the Lions... Turner with a nice 66 yard run. 21-0 in the start of the 2nd.

    I know I share the sentiments of many other posters here, so let me lay this out. The Cubs have a 99.5% chance to make the playoffs. Once October gets here, the season is new again. The Cubs HAVE THE BEST TEAM IN THE NATIONAL LEAGUE!! For one, I am happy they're getting this rotten streak out of the way now and are giving our starting pitchers time off so they can dominate in October. This whole panic BS because of our SECOND 4 game losing streak of the whole season is quite pathetic.

    Rather skip them now and save the arms for the playoffs. The Cubs are making the playoffs no matter what, either as the WC or as the division champs. Once October is here, it's a whole new season. REST THEM NOW.
