    What do you expect them to do? Keep throwing him out there every 5th day and watch him melt down again? It's been brought up by him and the organization - Hill has some serious mental/confidence issues and sometimes he's his own worst enemy. This is the smart thing to do. Put him in the bullpen, give him the time and space he needs to correct his issues and let him earn his way back to the rotation. We have a pitcher in the pen who will actually improve the staff until Hill gets back to himself. How again is this a bad thing when the team actually will improve for the short term? Let me guess, you're also one of the guys who complain about Pie getting replaced although Pie looks completely overmatched when he gets his opportunities and Johnson is clearly outplaying him. No, it is very, very stupid.

    Utley has a home OPS of .945 and a road OPS of .861. So yeah, on the road he's still a good player. Dan Uggla's career OPS is .809 and his highest ever was .819. So no, he would not put up Dan Uggla numbers.

    Lol this guy is living in the past. Bringing Baker back, Prior, toothpicks, and Bartman.... 2003 almost got to the world series. 2008 we are far from it. The clear cut solution is to go back to what we were doing. What were we doing? Ruining young pitchers? winning. now we are coached by a paranoid whiney brat. :rotfl: Okay, buddy, whatever you want. I guess you like the fact that Dusty set this franchise back quite a few years. If it wasn't for Alex Gonzales Dusty Baker would of gotten us to the world series, and we most likely would of won. Thank you very much. Or...maybe he could've taken Prior out when he started struggling?

    OMG, like how have you guys not figured this out yet!?! There's only one answer....he's won two World Series Titles, he won a World Series MVP, he's been robbed of about 5 regular season MVP awards.......DAVID ECKSTEIN!!!

    Hey Lou, I liked it when you started Ronny Cedeno over Ryan Theriot. You should do that again. I had a vision and it said if you start Cedeno, the Cubs will win, but if you start Theriot, the Cubs will fall.
