my goodness what kind of battered spouse syndrome are you “eh it’s hard to say whether the brewers are conclusively better than the cubs” people on?? the reds have finished ahead of the cubs more times in the last five seasons than the cubs have finished ahead of the brewers.

those lefties included a guy with a .430 ops and a guy who hadn’t homered in his career. counsell sucked today but even horsefeathers ass phil maton should be able to navigate those lefties without giving up the maximum number of runs possible.

this is a really bad loss. failed to tack on vs fedde (and then a bunch of times after that). counsell stupidly let rea face vargas. maton does maton things. gave this one away.

i was thinking cubs batters are bad at challenges. i know kelly is good at them as a catcher.
