pretty easy to call a pass with 2:15 left. i'm talking about the over pursuing the bears front was giving them on the previous plays leading up to the third down.

from looking at the picture, it seems he really needed a few rubbers over the past few years.

i haven't seen the vernon davis personal foul yesterday that got singletary all fired up, but i'm a bit confused. singletary ranted and raved about how davis was only out for himself, not a team player, etc. but during the game i saw a horribly thrown passed picked off by a seahawk and returned like 70 yards. vernon davis was the only guy on the 49ers to make an effort to try to tackle the guy. he chased him all the way down the field and caught him but tackled him as he crossed the goal line. that doesn't sound like the type of player who is only in it for himself or not a "team player"
