A lot of people. It's been in the news quite a bit for the past couple years. It has? Uh, yeah. There was a kid at Rutgers that killed himself after his roommate showed everybody video of him partaking in "gay activities" and that roommate was prosecuted under what basically turned into revenge porn type laws. That was back in 2010 and drew a lot of national news attention. There's been numerous websites that have been successfully shut down because of the practice, and a few Joe Francis type scumbags that have been prosecuted. I've seen headlines about cases for at least a couple years, dating back to the initial creating of the laws the specifically address the issue..
