If he's legitimately bad, he'll be out of a job by December. If he's mediocre, he'll still get this year, and there will be a QB competition with Daniel next summer, and then Pace will be fired after the 2020 season, and a new GM will come in and be given a year to make it work with Nagy, using the 2021 First Round pick on a QB. This will be Nagy's last chance for an extension. So let's hope Mitch is good. Because bad Mitch will result in 3+ years of awful football with no hope for turnaround.
