    Almora was removed after a diving catch in the 9th, they pitch hit for him in the bottom of the inning. Hopefully he's ok.

    Well Almora had hit very well right before the promotion to AA, his overall numbers weren't great but I think they based the promotion on what he was doing at the time.

    He seems to be getting his second wind. The HR cleared the light tower in RF that's what they call a towering shot.

    Couldn't get the tarp on the field in time, apparently. So we might not be getting any Daytona games in tonight. That field is ridiculous. You would think when they built the place they would have built it with adequate drainage. The place floods every time there's a shower it's like they play in a giant plastic tub grrrrrr The one in Lakeland? Oh are they on the road? Lol maybe all the parks in the Florida league suck. I was thinking about the Daytona park. Didn't even realize they were in Lakeland.

    Charcer Burks looks like he's gonna be a lot of fun to watch in the next few years. He's 2/3 with 2 SB one of which was home. He's putting up some really great numbers in Boise. Sample size I know but seems likes a guy to be excited about. ** fixed... damed spell check

    Rough night for the big 3. Between Soler, Bryant and Russell the one hit was Soler's single. Almora was also hitless.

    I do not believe these folks Well it's pretty vague but its the first positive thing Ive heard toward the Cubs possibly landing him. The first? Like, today? There have been plenty of positive things indicating the Cubs could possibly land him. Most things I've read just lumping them in with a bunch if other teams as interested, this is the first we've heard of them being most likely to land him or being the leaders for him.

    McKinney actually playing RF today instead of DHing for a change. He's singled and scored a run in his only at bat so far.

    This guy isn't a mlb vet and had limited experience in the big Cuban league. He could be a total bust.

    Yeah, I fail to see the craaaaaaazy part of that previous statement. 55Mil+, assuming for 5 years is about what I expected. If it's only 4 years, that's still doable. Probably going to pay someone lesser similar annually (maybe not as many years) if they sign an OF. doubtful Bryant* / Contra / Soler *Ruggiano / Coghlan til May For all we know Contra could be better than Castillo anyway.

    Jesus, relax. Bryant & Soler didn't get a hit in 2 games, omg. Soler is hitting .230 in Iowa now ugg not that he can't boost that pretty quickly with a few 3/4 nights. I had hoped Russell would get a little time at AAA this year but I guess he'll start out in Iowa next year.
