    What are you basing that feeling on? Well, there's really nothing in his history to suggest Emery should be good at identifying and signing quality offensive players. There's nothing on his resume that suggests he's a quality "big picture management" type of guy. The Bears have sucked at acquiring non-Cutler NFL offensive players and almost 100% of the management system that has sucked at it is still in place (coaches, scouts, etc). So, I think there's a lot out there to give Bears fans doubts about the team's ability to acquire the right guys. That and his statements about focusing on the draft.
