at least it wasn't on the first pitch with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th. but it was on the first pitch. We're not exactly worrying about running up a guy's pitch counts in ST. :lol:

This is the quote from Bruce yesterday: Gallagher was used yesterday-I think it was because Cotts was supposed to go 2 innings and didn't make it that far, so scratch Gallagher off that list. The others will probably go though. Thanks. I was hoping they'd let Samardzija pitch on Sunday so I could watch him on WGN. Oh well, it'll still be good to get a non-Cubs opinion on him.

What is it you are not happy with? lack of ST games. the schedule keeps changing, when i ordered it there were all kinds of games available (including the cubs game yesterday), now there are none on the schedule. the audio was not even decent yesterday. picture quality was not good on thursday, although its my understanding it'll be better during the season. i was weighing EI vs MLB.tv and so far it looks like i picked poorly. The audio did indeed suck monkey testicles yesterday.

Any word on who will be pitching in relief after Zambrano? Will there be a Gallagher or Shark sighting? Today it looks like Howry, Cotts, Rapada, Guzman and Ohman. Saturday, it looks like Miller (starting), Dempster, O'Malley, Samardzija, Gallagher, Marmol and Anderson. How's Miller's velo? Is it ever going to come back?
