  1. How many runs are we going to score today? 1? 2?
  2. still no video feed. Someone needs to stop knocking back a few brews on the job.
  3. MLB.com has just been remarkably, pathetically bad at letting subscribers & potential subscribers know what the heck is going on. You have to scrounge around to find a broadcast schedule and even then you can't be certain that the schedule is accurate. So is it on MLB.TV or not? Do you subscribe? Then you can tell me! :) It wasn't on the MLB.tv schedule before today and neither the Cubs or the Mariners are broadcasting it, so I don't think it is. I suppose they could try something new and set up webcams or something to stream it ... which would be the first I've heard of MLB doing that. I don't get a paycheck from MLB, though, so I'm guaranteein' nuthin'! They've pulled this garbage before. It may not be a bait and switch, just pure incompetence. The only reason why I used "bait and switch" is because I have my doubts about this broadcast and MLB.com is doing everything they can to publicize it on it's homepage by using Prior and Wood's images and a link for MLB.tv. Again, I hope it is on TV. They did that twice last season, to my knowledge. It was probably just some idiot not in the know making a mistake. I do see that the link has been activated. Whether or not it actually shows anything come game time is still up in the air.

  5. I don't think our offense is going to win this one.
  6. Barrett - Doc DLee - Rodan
  7. lol, check this out. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/baseball/cubs/282804,cst-spt-catchers04.article
  8. It's like the Sox are cancer patients and the Cubs pitchers are just making them feel good.
  9. It's mostly the minor leaguers who are struggling here. I'm not trying to overreact, it's just that I'm sick and tired of always losing to the flippin Sox. And that was Ohman getting rocked by some no-name minor-leaguer, wasn't it? Yea Im with you..Living on the southside like I do, you hear about it no matter what even if it is ST, its annoying, I hear anti-cubs stuff almost everyday from their scumbag fan base Yeah, but our catchers win fistfights. Theirs cheat on their wives and are liked by less than 10% of major leaguers.
  10. It's mostly the minor leaguers who are struggling here. Hope so, but last time I checked, Ohman isn't a minor leaguer. Well, Marquis, Lee, Soriano, Murton, and Barrett have looked flat out awesome. Izturis and DeRosa have been slick in the field. I guess we could nitpick, but on a 25 man squad you're bound to find a few guys who are sucking it up or underperforming. Our SP have looked good in the few IP they've had. Our offense doesn't look half bad when it's the starters at the dish.
  11. It's ST. You do know that the ML Sox scored the 3rd most runs in the AL, right? It's not like we're getting smoked by the Royals.
  12. That's Wil Ohman pitching yeah, just saw that. i wish it was rapada.
  13. wth is rapada doing in there against righties? we all know he can't get them out. edit: my bad. i was ordering pizza. no more rapada.
  14. It seemed like his walk rate was going up until Dusty came along.
