"That's unbelievable, Patrick!" I've never heard ron call pat patrick before Then you must never have listened to Pat and Ron call a game before but i have a lot. maybe the memory isnt what it used to be. He probably calls him Patrick once every couple innings.
I would have given anything to be there. I immediately got goose bumps (amidst running wild up and down the stairs). Does anyone know if any posters were there? It was incredible. I'm pretty sure that's the loudest I've ever heard that stadium get. Ever. I was in the bleachers the night of the Cards game when Jacque homered and Barrett hit the grand slam to win it. That was unreal. If today was louder, wow. Good call. That was a pretty loud game as well. I can't really compare the two (mostly because I don't remember the Cards game as well since it was way back in 2006).

This may strike some as unbelievable, but I've been to all three of the games you describe. My personal choice would be last year's. It provided an absolutely amazing emotional swing. From the depths of despair to absolute euphoria in one inning.
Milton Bradley can't be counted on to stay healthy for more than 90-100 games. Stay far away. Lofton would be a spectacular platoon partner for Johnson assuming we're not going to give Felix Pie a chance.
I'll be at the game and I plan to give him a nice round of applause. He had some good times with the Cubs that were overshadowed by a dreadful 2006. And you can't find a nicer guy.
Likely to retire. He flopped horribly in Iowa and Tennessee in rehab stints. He refused to be bumped down to Daytona. He had like two good starts in a row once, didn't he? That's about all I remember from Juan.
Anything but a double play, D-Lee. Or an out that doesn't result in a run. Or a single, double, or triple. Hit it out of the park man. That's all I'm asking for.
