    so you are the 1 vote? I'm number two (easy joke, go ahead if you want). I just look at the playoffs in this conversation, I would rather have a pitcher I know is going to give my team the best chance to win a game than a hitter who (based on the other pitcher) could or could not win the game with his bat. After the last 2 post seasons, I think I like winning that first game, give me Peavy.

    Just called the Cobs. The lady said you do not have to mail anything back (because I said I wanted to drive them over and not put them in the mail). After asking me if I paid by credit card and me saying yes, she said it would be refunded automatically by Thursday. If you do not recieve a refund by Thursday, call the cobs - (773)404-cubs(2827). edit - I am going to wait until friday to check my account, my guess is it might not show on your account until the next day.

    Cubs started out 1-3 and the Brewers 3-1 and we turned out ok. Well....until last week.

    1/10 so far, I think... thats only 10%. Last year they were at 15.4% if I remember correctly... which is not good for those of you not hockey Savvy. We were supposed to be levels above what we were last season on the PP with the addition of Campbell this year. That means we are 0/9 on 5 on 4 correct?

    Urlacher ws called for unsportsmanlike conduct. Half the distance. Thank you Fred, I feel much better now, I thought I was going nuts.

    Quick question. I know I'm hungover but on the Harris fumble play, why was the ball spotted at the 12? The Falcons obviously recovered Harris' fumble at the 24. This confused the hell out of me and no one has an answer. Thanks to anyone who replies with a solid answer.

    I'm more surprised that we haven't managed to come up with a nickname for him... Geovany Soto is just too great of a name to top, though. A buddy of mine calls him Fat Greco, as in a fat version of Richard Greco. I just call him Jesus Christ.
