    The Afternoon Saloon (Carmen, Jurko, Harry) always talk about the Hawks... it's awesome to listen too while stuck in traffic... those guys are hilarious. It's the morning show that doesn't talk about it. Waddle and Silvy are hilarious too... honestly, what can be the difference between morning/afternoon listeners? Both shows are on during the rush hours pretty much. I listen to B and B on the Score for the most part. Isn't Harry a pretty big Hawks fan? That's the only reason I can see them talking about hockey. Mulley and Hanley don't (football guy and basketball guy respectively), Waddle and Silvy don't (football and basketball/baseball guys), B and B don't (both have covered many sports except hockey), Hampton and Holmes don't (football and football/baseball guys). Most of these guys do not even have the ability to talk hockey because they don't know enough about the sport. It would be like me hosting a show and acting like I know what is best for the team, stupid idea. I love hockey, but you don't want me leading a discussion on the sport.

    Sports radio does not get good enough ratings to talk about hockey, not enough of their listeners give a crap about hockey. They need to talk about topics that will keep the listeners they have. When Murphy is getting the best ratings on the Score (I have heard, but have no stats to prove), you understand what kind of idiot is their main customer. I would love to hear about the Blackhawks on the Score or ESPN, but it is not going to happen.

    Thanks for keeping us informed "satx". I really do appreciate what you, NC, and others have done. Didn't I hear that on Wednesday,the MLB Network is planning on re-airing Kerry Wood's 20 strike out performance? Has anyone heard of this? I remember maybe seeing a year or two ago, a rebroadcast of Wood's 1998 pitching gem on ESPN Classic.
