  1. Scherzer went 3 2/3 innings, 1 hit, 6 Ks.
  2. Gagne is coming back next week. Soria's been lights out
  3. Funny, you can say the same thing about Ryan Harvey's and Corey Patterson's strike outs. Thats below average overall. Anyways your starting SSs in the majors all grade out as above average range for the most part, remember that.
  4. since i should do a line! 4.2 IP, 5 H, 6 K, 4 BB, 2 HR, 5 ER, 85 pitches
  5. He wont be an average defensive SS if he sticks there. That's for sure.
  6. Those Indy league hitters will have no idea how to hit his FB, if everything I've heard about the late life on his FB being true, they'll be in for a surprise. It's a DH for the Cats today. Scherzer supposedly started the day game. Chadd Blasko's got the second game. Heh.l
  7. Isaac Galloway, OF - Los Osos HS (California) R-R - 6'2" - 190 Committed: San Diego State http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f189/kctigers23/Galloway.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f189/kctigers23/CollegeStats2.gif Rankings: #1 High School 2008 Class - Baseball America (1/30/07) #1 High School 2008 Class - Baseball America Plus (11/29/06) #2 California Underclass 2007 Showcase - Perfect Game (1/20/07)

  9. he answered yours...and we already knew that. what a waste...
  10. dont know much about him, but with essentially the supplemental round being a full round, i guess early second round
  11. http://www.baseballamerica.com/chat/chat.php?id=2007050401&rnd=4 if youre here, flood
  12. And can the Cubs hire Chris Antonetti already?
  13. and gordon is now on the fifteen day dl
  14. He'll be fine. The command lapses are probably an aberration. [rant] Dice K is a lame name and he hates it too. Call him Dai-san.
  15. brett myers is closing right now in philly, could be longer if gordons shoulder issues are serious
  16. Hopefully the Cubs are good enough so they can't grab him early. I guess as of right now that means top 10 or so, record wise.
  17. Shooter Hunt, RHP - Tulane 6'3" 190 http://graphics.fansonly.com/photos/schools/va/sports/m-basebl/auto_action/520437.jpeg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f189/kctigers23/CollegeStats1.gif Rankings: #37 2006 Cape Cod League - PG Crosschecker (9/20/06) #9 2006 Cape Cod League - Baseball America (8/25/06) #9 2006 College Sophomore - Baseball America (2/6/07) #182 2005 Draft Prospects - Baseball America ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Maybe we can all find information on one player once a week from old scouting reports and the such. By the end of the summer we'll know quite a bit.
  18. I guess it's time to start looking! Guys to look at off the top of my head College Position Players: Pedro Alvarez, 3B - Vanderbilt Justin Smoak, 1B - South Carolina Jemille Weeks, 2B - Miami Jordan Danks, OF - Texas Brandon Crawford, SS - UCLA College Pitchers: Aaron Shafer, RHP - Wichita State (iirc he hurt his elbow within the last week and my need TJ) Brian Matusz, LHP - San Diego Shooter Hunt, RHP - Tulane Tyson Ross, RHP - Cal Umm HS now means almost nothing. This time last year Vitters, Harvey and Porcello were nowhere near the top of the HS class. Pitchers: Aaron Hicks, RHP - Wilson HS (California) Daniel Webb, RHP - Heath HS (Kentucky) Outfielders Isaac Galloway, OF - Los Osos HS (California) Im sorry but these are the only three guys Im familiar with at this time. Now to post stats and scouting reports. We all know who Raisin wants us to take.
  19. i dont have pi but im just digging through game logs 7 Carlos Delgado: July 22 - July 29, 2000 (10 total)
  20. In History This year I think he meant the fact that he has doubles in 8 games in a row. I haven't found the leaders for the most games ever in a row though. does anyone pay for br and can find the exact one for us?
  21. come on, that comment about him was made four years ago.
  22. Brackman has fallen like an anchor. look at all of those teams. most have a history of not dealing with boras. matt harveys not in the top ten and theres no doubt hes a top ten talent. he might be the best hs pitcher
