I may be out too.. I'm lacking internet time with a 6 month old and plenty of other things going on (a new house hunt, long hours at work, and just a lack of interest in baseball the last 2 years) to make me say enough is enough. 10 years in this league and I've done pretty damn well (3rd or 4th best team historically over that timeframe). If you can't find an owner, then I'd "manage" a team, but it won't get the attention it has in the past. Remember, I tried to get out a year or two ago but a respectable manager couldn't be found. Funny, I live in Michigan, so I don't have a 913 number. The Cats showed up today. They have the talent, just have to do it on a regular basis. They pissed down their leg at KU the other night big time.

That you can possibly believe Missouri -- Missouri! -- being uneasy with the conference's revenue sharing was the first domino to fall is asinine and stupid. It's great that you think Missouri had so much influence over the rest of the conference, though. Ahh. So, according to you, Missouri shows interest in the Big Ten, who were actually more interested in Texas. In June 2010, Colorado jumps for the Pac-10. The next day, Nebraska jumps for the B1G. The Texas and Oklahoma schools were so angered at Missouri that they were close to joining the Pac-10. E. Stan Kroenke. What point? And how is K-State's 1964 Final Four appearance relevant to anything? You still haven't answered my question from earlier: why are you upset about Missouri leaving for the SEC? Again, you are making the case that the school without a BCS appearance (though they did go to the Orange Bowl in 1960!) and no Final Four appearances is mediocre. You are saying Missouri is essentially a glorified Iowa State. So why aren't you happy ? All Missouri does is pull the conference down with its mediocrity (while somehow having the pull to cause its collapse). yeah this has been very odd. out of all the schools, the hatred from ksu has been astounding. i think a big portion is the guy kevin keitzman from kc radio. the mizzou boards have been quoting him non-stop on his propoganda against mizzou. kstate fans, much more than anyone, are taking this personally. its very odd. Keitzman is like KSU Jesus. Anything he says, they'll latch on to. From a PR position, though, MU hasn't handled this thing very well. In what way? But the majority of you think Mizzou is an academic giant, an athletic giant, and a superior school to other "smaller" Big 12 schools. In my dynasty league, which has 16 teams, you keep your entire team from year to year. The league is an IDP league and a PPR league. We have 45 man rosters. The draft each year consists of all rookies that are coming into the league that year. It's typically a 10 round draft. The last 2 years I've finished a combined 20-6, but trading Welker last year has killed me. I'm now 2-5 and won't be making the playoffs.. This league starts 1 qb, and a combination of 1-2 rb or 3-4 wr. You have to start 1 rb and 3 wr, and can either start another RB or WR. You also start 1 TE, a Kicker, and defensive players which I won't get into. Additionally, you do get kick return and punt return points. I've been offered Marshawn Lynch and two 2nd round picks in next year's draft for Percy Harvin. This would give me 4 second round picks in next year's draft. Wow, you finished ahead of us in football a few years since 2004, quite a feat considering the 15 years prior you never did. You're the mighty Missouri, so good that you could take your ball and play in the SEC, and we're lowly KSU. It's funny how you jokers look at things. If you can't finish above the lowly KSU, how the hell do you expect to even compete in the SEC?

The funny thing is, read the quotes from Fowler, they wanted to come to Manhattan (biggest Gameday crowd ever was there). Chokelahoma losing at home to a team KSU beat at TT kept that from happening. That being said, either one of 2 things will happen this weekend: Oklahoma will come in and be down without the possibility of playing for a National title and KSU will win, or most likely, OU will be pissed off and will come in and kick our butt. Can't wait to see which way it goes. Let's be real - they just wanted any excuse to not have to go to Manhattan. Believe what you wish and have fun being a back end of the pack team in the SEC. I'll take it as long as I get to swim through piles of money when going from one side of campus to the other. Have you really looked thru the numbers? You think you'll get much more than a couple million more a year if you look at it the right way? Oh, and travel expenses, they'll eat up the crap extra money you'll be promised every year.
