    That's what happens why they spend all of their time trying to figure out how to make the media think they're semi-competent. They have too much going on to think about their players.

    So Hawk and Lou think Ozzie is a smart manager. What a ringing endorsement.

    He'll be able to go back to Iowa tomorrow and tell his friends even more stories about how horribly run this team is. It's amazing that he's not in the rotation over Marshall or Marmol.

    Dusty was offended by Guillen stupidly PHing with Thome to leadoff an inning when you're down by 6 and clearly one-uped him.

    Z hasn't looked good much at all the past couple of times out. And Guillen is an idiot.

    Good news, everybody. I don't know if this includes today or not, but the Cubs now have an OPS above .700 against lefties! Still dead last in the majors, of course, but that might change today.

    Dusty actually looked up Jones' stats and saw that he has a .620 OPS against lefties this year. Ha, just kidding. He only saw that he's 1-27 against Buehrle lifetime.

    I had looked away and I looked up and saw Cicinho trying to recover a fumble. A little confusing to be sure. It was good form. They teach you to make sure you have possession first before trying to run with it. Fall on it if you have to.

    It looked like Ronaldo took a dive in the box about a second after minimal contact. And that didn't look like a yellow on the foul on Kaka, although he sure lobbied for it.
