1. He drove without a motorcycle helmet which is against the law (not that big of a deal to me though). 2. He drove without a motorcycle license (bigger deal than #1) 3. After the accident he said he wouldn't wear a helmet still which was a very stupid thing to say and he retracted it a week later after the NFL and Steelers talked to him. Although all relatively minor all of those are misconduct by the NFL rules. As for the Holmes comment and the Steelers I somehow had missed that he had a positive drug test. That changes things. However, Roethlisberger should still without question get a 1-4 game suspension (I would go 2). I thought it wasn't against the law in PA. I remember an interview he did before his crash and he said he would wear a helmet if it was the law, but it isn't and you're just more free without a helmet.

I would think more than even money. Chicago and Toronto both have 2 games left. Therefore, there are 16 total possibilities for outcomes. Of those 16 possibilities, 11 of them will have the Bulls making the playoffs.
