    According to baseball-reference, CPatt's 1st HR came on the road in MIL. Didn't the Cubs hit 2 (!!) inside-the park home runs in the same inning? One was by Sammy Sosa, and it was the last one the Cubs had before tonigiht.

    That wasn't my point. Remember Lou got a 4 game suspension for BUMPING THE UMPIRE and none of us even saw it. Prince BUMPS THE UMPIRE and gets a 3 game suspension and now gets it reduced to 2. That is absurd Didn't he get a 4 game suspension for kicking dirt on the umpire's shoes in addition to bumping him? Oh noes!!! Dirt on an umpire's shoes??? Let's double the suspension right there!

    Maybe they like them too much, if you know what I mean. The Cubs are 29 and 44 Against the D-Backs The DBags own the Cubs. They are the one team I always feel the least comfortable about the Cubs playing. Well, the DBacks and the Reds. Padres too. Don't we have just 2 wins against them in the last 2 years?

    Ultimately, Prior is going to do what is best for him, as will the Cubs. I hope he gets another shot, but he doesn't "owe" the Cubs anything.
