    Cubs win two of three Brewers lose two of three Cardinals win two of three 4-2 homestand Cardinals went 3-3 on their trip and lost a game in a standings. Brewers went a scorching 4-3 against the Rockies and Reds and sit 5 back. Cubs _ _ Cardinals 4.5 Brewers 5 Next? We went a scorching 4-3 against the Giants. Granted, some of those are road games.

    So apparently Corey Hart had his (looked like) three year old daughter on his lap in the post game interview. His Brewer teammates all of a sudden burst into the interview room and spray beer all over him and his daughter cause he won the NL final vote.

    Agreed. Alot of people thought Edmonds was done when the Padres released him, and he's been solid for the Cubs. Some team is going think that Sexson could be their "Edmonds" and sign him quickly. And I could see Tampa, seeing as they are looking for a RH pop for their lineup. Come to think of it, so are the Cubs.

    Too bad we didn't do enough so you could sign CC long term...was it worth it? I mean to give up Laporta only to win the Wild Card and that's it? Alright, easy now ... your post reeks of a big market team bullying a small market team. This is why small market teams hate the Cubs.
