    FWIW, the discussion on ESPN's 1st & Ten was that there is a believe that if he opts out, San Francisco is a possible destination for him. He really likes AT&T Park and the cove "reminds him of Miami". I've been to both Miami and San Francisco and when I saw McCovey Cove, it didn't even remotely make me think of Miami. Edit: spelling error

    Why? Doesn't fresh garbage just mean that it's garbage that just got thrown out or taken to the dump? I don't understand why that's a problem. Just seems a bit like an oxymoron to me. But, then again if it's "fresh garbage" maybe he was being complimentary.

    They've got a pretty good system now. A few that come to mind are..... Chamberlain Gabriel Medina (P) Seth Fortenberry (of) and their prized possession although still very young........ Dellin Betances (P) I'd say their prized possession is Jose Tabata. True....forgot about Tabata too. Their system is even better than I thought.

    Wow. Tough crowd. Can't really get too excited about a 4-3 trip against the likes of the Nationals and the Pirates. It's not exciting, but it's not terrible either. It's just kind of there. It beats a losing record on the trip. Also, it worked out considering that the Cubs left for the trip with a tired bullpen even though Marquis definitely helped give the bullpen a little bit of rest on Sunday against the Brewers.
