  1. I think you are just looking for conspiracies if you really believe this. Richie Sexson went on the list when his wife had one while he was with seattle, was that because Bud likes him too? Former Brewer. Go figure. Mwahahaha
  2. Meh....that is not what I want to see from the Brewers.
  3. I haven't heard Brewer fans this loud since 1982.
  4. He has been pitching really well since he was called up. From everything I've read, he projects as a 4th or 5th starter.
  5. Here it is........ http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j163/Niner74/2008ASG.jpg
  6. They didn't even need to add any of those guys to get that designation.......Geoff Blum....enough said.
  7. Kason Gabbard & David Murphy are players that are mentioned in a trade for Dotel according to Baseball Tonight (Olney).
  8. Disclaimer: It's from Steve Phillips Reporting on Baseball Tonight. Possible trade of Jack Wilson to the Tigers. However, the deal would be contingent on the inclusion of Solomon Torres or Marte. He didn't say who the Pirates might get in return or atleast I didn't here it.
  9. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news;_ylt=AgHeXewOrXzxZ2ruiwzZEJ0RvLYF?slug=txteixeiratobraves&prov=st&type=lgns So, it seems the Royals passed on Balentien from Seattle. I'm not so sure I could have done that.
  10. Cole Hamels is just in a whole different league than the Cubs.
  11. The D'backs kept Hill on their 40 man roster over Dan Uggla and then Uggla was selected by the Marlins in the rule 5 draft. Koyie is bulletproof.
  12. First what it's worth, Buster Olney said this morning that the Mariners have been the "most active" team during the deadline in terms of sending scouts out to various games. Jeff Clement please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. Interestingly enough, on Chicago Tribune Live Gail Fischer asked Sox beat writer Mark Gonzalez (Chicago Tribune) if he would trade Dye for Marmol. He said it was "not enough". She looked at him as if he was crazy. They quickly segued to their next topic, but she was shaking her head in disbelief.
  14. Olney also just confirmed on Baseball Tonight that the D'backs are in the hunt for Teixiera.
  15. Maybe less. If the Sox could only get a single A reliever for Iguchi then the Reds probably paypal'd the D'Rays a buck for Cantu.
  16. Wow D'backs with back to back nights with walkoff homers. They are on a 7 game win streak and that was their 5th walkoff of the year.
  17. At AT&T Park they played a message from Michael Jordan congratulating Bonds on his accomplishment/near accomplishment. They played it as Bonds was taking the field and Bonds got all giddy. He was pointing to the scoreboard raising his arms.
  18. He's not a reliever. He was brought up to be used as a reliever for the time being. But, he will be a starter and was a starter in the minors.
  19. What distinguishes him as Type A versus type B? I believe it is something along the lines of top 20% in certain statisical categories. Is there a definitive answer to this and as of right now would Linebrink fall into that category?
