  1. Maybe not. That article says he's been playing the OF. They could stick him in LF or CF. I didn't know that. So, it's for leadoff purposes. But, I wonder how much playing time he gets.
  2. I just heard this myself. Interesting to say the least. I know he has played well at Iowa. But, I'm thoroughly surprised by this move. I'm guessing this means lots of OF play for DeRosa and Fontenot and Patterson at 2b.
  3. Castillo and Reyes still on a lot of teams. Reyes doesn't lead the majors in steals because all the catchers in the majors suck... It's a lot easier when Kendall is behind the plate.
  4. Kendall's been exposed. Now only if the Cubs would realize.
  5. Yep. Let 'em win, save the bullpen. On national TV too. The hot streak we were on is officially over, gentlemen. Pray the Crew is emotionally damaged from today's collapse. They were until they started watching this game. Their morale is back up.
  6. And they've won in the recent past. Where does that even come from?
  7. Just put it on mute. Buck & McCarver are calling the game.
  8. There are of course benefits to this idea. http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j163/Niner74/LimaTime.jpg
  9. colvin would be amazingly bad if he were playing in the big leagues, but i'd have to agree with the rest Jacque is more selective than Colvin. I think Colvin will being hearing some booing in Chicago down the road. Unless of course, he changes things up a bit.
  10. Way to go Cubs! Just two losses in a row as you make our way down the standings. It's probably good thing considering both the NL East teams and West teams are better.

  13. Yep. Yost and Estrada got into a heated argument in the corridor leading to the clubhouse. It was going to get physical and Graffanino had to break it up.
  14. Milton Bradley ties it up for the Padres with a two run homer with two outs in the 9th.
  15. I think I would have hurled myself out the window had Iguchi gotten on base again.
  16. No Jacque versus lefties. & No Jacque at night. Jacque during the day versus righties!
  17. Are there any good sites that you could provide that cover Japanese baseball?
