    Heyward's BABIP isn't even *that* bad (its not Rizzo bad at least). Whats hurting Heyward the most right now is he's hitting for zero power

    Freeman clearly saw that Lester threw a meatball down the middle in that previous at bat that went 3-0 and jumped all over it, Lester should have been slightly more careful (but also, the conditions aren't great for home runs and this team never hits home runs so, benefit of the doubt aint too bad either)

    This Braves team really is the saddest collection of washout major league players It would be extremely upsetting if they dinked and dunked us to death but Lester is getting soooo many swings and misses

    Babe La Stella, my favorite player who I've always loved, has apparently not struck out all season yet (28 PAs). Huh.

    Javy still looks like he's majorly guessing but he is smacking balls with authority so that may just be who he is. Which, you know, plenty of MLB players made fine careers doing this (Soriano, for one, and Javy is 100x the defensive player Soriano ever was). Everything will be fine with Babe La Stella, anyway

    Phillies have gotten themselves a couple really nice young pitchers, we'll see. It's silly I'm doing this this early in the season but I'm peaking at Cardinals games like "ooh Diamondbacks up 2-0 on Michael Wacha, would be nice to pick up a game on them today..."
