I think this is a new high for the Fangraphs projections, Cubs currently slated to win 103.3 lol I love the 54 game benchmark, you can easily see what people are on track for by multiplying by 3: Dexter Fowler worth 3.1 WAR (!!!) on pace for 9.3 WAR for the season (Trout levels) Zobrist and Bryant just behind him with 2.8 and 2.6 respectively (8.4 and 7.8 WAR over a season) Rizzo and Bryant both on pace for 39 big fat dongers Jake Arrieta, of course, on pace for a 27-0 record lol

He's been a -2.7 on the bases this year, which is pretty darn high considering how short the season has been He was positive last year and somehow, I didn't even realize it, stole 17 bases That's not a tootblan. I'm going to continue to use it to mean "something dumb that gets you thrown out on the basepaths"
