    I like how he politely tapped that back to the pitcher, to really make things easy on him. I'm supremely unbothered by the game so far. Usually I'm a big ol meatball but I guess I'm just so pleased to see Jake pitching well. For my own sanity I'd much prefer getting just completely shut down than stranding double digit baserunners and getting shut down. So its easier on me this way.

    Heywards swing on the donger looked good, he pulled a ball that was way up and tailing to the outside of the plate and knocked it out of there. Youre not gonna get that many complete meatballs to hit, but the way he's swung this year he hasn't even done that to BP quality fastballs, so it's a tiny bit encouraging
