    haha never mind I didn’t even check the lineup and was reading insane comments A mediocre stretch of baseball does a lot for our brains

    the royals can't score runs, they really can't, they have a pitiful 85 OPS+ as a team, and currently have no active player with an OPS over 800 - The Golden God Jorge Soler was their best hitter but he's now on the DL. So that means only 1 of 2 things will happen: They will erupt to have multiple 10 run games, or the Cubs will shut them out 3 games in a row and the starting pitching will look amazing

    Games where we jump out to a big lead, stop scoring, and let the opponent slowly claw back are nearly, but not as bad as games where were down all game
