Haha. This is random, and I may be a bit immature, but did you read what some Dodgers forum replied to a guy when he posted one of the insiders rumored trades? I don't know why but I was LMAO. Note: Profanity inside http://www.dodgerblues.com//fanforum/nfphpbb/viewtopic.php?p=186758#186758 HAHAHAHHA I loved the part where he says the trade in terms of describing people ( a future ace, a serviceable 3B...) and then he gets to Pierre. I'm just jealous they can swear. It certainly does make it more entertaining. Less classy, but more entertaining. -

That lineup makes me salivate. That would be the worst defensive middle infield in history. I know. I was talking purely from the standpoint of offense.

There weren't that many expected good games. The only four that I wasn't certain on were SD/Ten, Sea/Ari, NYG/Phil, and NE/Pit. I got all of these right. Granted, I missed TB/Hou, but this was an easy week. Even still, congrats.

On NFL Network's highlights of the Dolphins game, Deion Sanders (i think it was) said that he though the Dolphins would beat BAL next week. While I don't agree with him, they certainly need to play better than they did today....well maybe not. But I have a feeling they will be pumped up if the Steelers are tied with the Browns going into Week 17 and will put up a good showing at home.

Did you really just say that about DeRosa? If you had gained any credibilty on this board, I think you may have lost it. .371 obp, .293 ba, and he only made 6 errors all year at 2nd base, not that errors matter anyways, just from watching nearly every day I thought DeRo played 2nd base quite well. Please tell me I am mistaken and you are talking about someone else, but if your talking about DeRosa you are a moron. Edit: I read ahead, and think you were talking about Greene, in that case I agree with what you said. I was just confused why anyone would think that about DeRosa, he's truly a quality player. Greene > DeRosa and it's not even close. DeRosa isn't good enough to be a starer. Jumbo Jimbo's right on this one. I was very happy with Derosa's production as a 2B last year.

The consensus seems to be that Fukudome's decision will be announced on Tuesday in Japan. Japan, or at least Tokyo is 16 hours ahead of Central time, so just as it was about midnight Saturday night (into Sunday morning) that we got word of his declaration that he'll play in America next season, I expect it'll be late Monday night into early Tuesday morning that we hear any announcements made. Thanks for the update. I will now be able to sleep tonight instead of constantly refreshing. :D

I think the Jags are the third best team in the AFC and would have a great chance against either the Patriots or Colts in the playoffs. They seem tailor-made to play New England in the cold. That's what I thought given their excellent running game and physical play. I haven't been able to watch closely to know whether or not they blitz often or bring enough pressure like the Ravens did with the exception of the game winning drive (vs. Pats).

I'm really impressed with the Jags. Granted they played a terrible team and I'm biased as they are my second favorite team, but I think they are 3rd best in AFC. We'll know for sure next week. Was anyone else very surprised by the Bucs? It wasn't major news to most but they are my favorite team so I was bummed about the loss, as now they probably won't get the 3 seed given Seattle's easy schedule.
